Dohwa-ri House is a wooden construction residence built in Dohwa-ri in late years of the Joseon Dynasty and was moved and restored in the Cheongpung Cultural Asset Complex in 1985. This is a typical of commoners' houses of Korea's provinces.

It took three years to relocate the buildings and structures in the current site at a cost of of over 1.6 trillion won.
