English: BRICK AND TERRA COTTA BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED IN 1912, WITH METAL CLADDING OVER THE UPPER FLOORS OF THE PRIMARY FAÇADE THAT DATES TO 1971. THE PERIOD OF SIGNIFICANCE BEGINS IN 1912 WHEN THE THEATER WAS CONSTRUCTED, AND ENDS IN1968 WHEN THE BUILDING CEASED OPERATION AS A MOVIE THEATER .
