Summary

Description
English: sitting of La Conciliacion, an organisation originally set up to group employers and employees of Navarre, but in the early 1930s operating basically as a mutual support fund. According to the capture, men behind the table (left to right) are Luis Ortega Angulo (former president), Justo Garran Moso (current president), Pablo Goni (chaplain), Jesus Ruiz River (provincial government representative) and Pedro Jose Arraiza. However, this capture seems dubious. In 1931, the year the photo was taken, Justo Garran was 65 years old, while the man in question appears to be in his 40s or 50s
