This lake is situated in eastern part of Sikkim, Lampokhari name was given to the lake by Indian-Nepali community because it is long, "Lam" means long and "Pokhari" means Lake, so don't be confused saying "Lampokhari lake", locals can recognize it easily just by saying Aritar lake.
