English: U.S. and Argentine navy officers stand watch on the landing signal officer platform aboard the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70) in the Atlantic Ocean on 10 March 2010. Carl Vinson, with assigned Carrier Air Wing 17 (CVW-17), was underway off the coast of Argentina supporting "Southern Seas 2010", a U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command exercise.
