O úmero direito estava fraturado nas duas extremidades das epífises. b) Na extremidade proximal havia uma fratura cujo início é caracteristicamente oblíqua mas ao invés de seccionar a diáfise ela torna-se longitudinal e prossegue até a epífise proximal (setas cinzas). Na face posterior a conjunção de três fraturas espiraladas gerou um fragmento espiralado (seta vermelha). c) Na extremidade distal há uma fratura oblíqua (setas pretas) cujo seu término, junto à epífise, muda de orientação formando a feição mostrada no detalhe.
