Ce voilier aurique a été construit en 1874 à Cardiff (Pays de Galles). C’est un bateau de travail qui a effectué à ses débuts des opérations de pilotage (de grands voiliers) dans la baie de Cardiff. « Madcap » a été francisé. Depuis 2014, il est bateau agréé au Musée Maritime de La Rochelle. Inscrit Monument Historique en 2016 (PM17002606). La Rochelle, Charente-Maritime, France. |
