Catalonia at Venice Pavillon de la Catalogne évènement collatéral de la biennale d'architecture 2014 La Catalogne loue depuis quelques années un ancien hangar des chantiers navals de Venise (castello 40 / Fondamenta quitavalle) pour présenter son propre pavillon. Le point de départ de cette exposition qui entend affirmer l'existence d'une architecture de tradition catalane est la Casa Bofarull (1913-1933) un des chantiers majeurs de l'architecte Josep Maria Jujol i Gilbert (1879-1949) où il a préservé le style régionaliste catalan dans l'esprit du modernisme de l'époque.
