Locality: Marjuman Stage-Steptoean Stage boundary section, northeastern-most canyon/wash/alluvial fan on the eastern side of the Desert Range, northern Clark County, Nevada, USA (vicinity of 36° 44.048' North latitude, 115° 18.774' West longitude)
