i followed this recipe relatively loosely...i used meyer lemons and i let it sit for about 2 weeks instead of just 4 days: www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/limoncell... i also strained the final result through a coffee filter prior to freezing. and speaking of freezing, you'll want to put it in the freezer for a good 6 hours prior to drinking. much better after chilling out a bit. |
