This image has lapsed into the public domain, due to St. John failing to renew the copyright. Little Ike was originally a supporting character in the Little Eva title, one of Eva's neighborhood gang. Ike was spun off into his own title in 1953, following much the same format as his predecessor. Eva guest-starred in various issues along with regular "pals" Nipper, Short Stuff and Hot Rod amongst others. |
