This is the only surviving 100-ton double-engine GE boxcab - a diesel-electric switching locomotive. This was sitting on the siding in Portola, CA across from the Western Pacific Railroad Museum. I believe this would have been built before 1930.
Note that the flatcar has an extra set of flanges wheels on each of its trucks to handle this heavy locomotive.
