English: Low Hall, Horsforth Low Hall is one of the oldest buildings in Horsforth, dating from 1575. It was originally owned by the Stanhope family, the leading family in Horsforth at the end of the 17th Century, who sold it in the 19th Century. In modern times it has been a restaurant (where we had our wedding reception in 1986) and is now the offices of Turner and Townsend (Construction and Management Consultants).
