Summary

Description
English: The former Lowe's Paradise Theatre on the Grand Concourse in the Fordham section of the Bronx, New York City. Like many extravagant movie theaters of the silent era transitioning into "the talkies," it was converted into a church, but as of November 2021 was covered in scaffolding for yet another attempted restoration project.
NOTE: On the day this picture was taken, there was some kind of preaching taking place at the intersection of Grand Concourse and Fordham Road, the nearest subway station to the old theater. Judging by this construction job, it makes me wonder if there's a connection between that preacher, his band, and the church that replaced it.
