Herzog-Max-Palais (erbaut 1828-1830 von Leo von Klenze) und Landeszentralbank von Bayern, jetzt Hauptverwaltung der Deutschen Bundesbank, dreigeschossiger monumentaler Vierflügelbau, teils mit zusätzlichem Attikageschoss, neuklassizistisch dem Straßenbild angepasst; nach revidierten Plänen von Heinrich Wolf begonnen, 1938-41, von Carl Sattler vollendet, 1948-51; mit Ausstattungsdetails des Vorgängerbaues, u. a. Schwanthaler-Reliefs von 1828/29.
