Summary: Flight Lieutenant Jim Payne of Lismore, NSW, Chaplain with 78 Fighter Wing RAAF, shakes hands with Air Vice Marshal V E Hancock CBE, DFC, Deputy Chief of the Australian Air Staff, at the Wing's airfield in Malta. Air Vice Marshal Hancock was visiting the Wing, which was stationed on the island for garrison duty.
