Modrý list s bílým žerďovým klínem s vrcholem ve středu listu, svislým bílým pruhem širokým jednu desetinu délky listu, vzdáleným tři dvacetiny délky listu od vlajícího okraje. V klínu černé křídlo s červenými plaménky, ve střední části žlutý tlapatý kříž nad žlutým sluncem.
