English: Monument to Tony Capstick at the junction of Rowms Lane and Marriott Road, Swinton, South Yorkshire, opposite the former Swinton Bridge School. Capstick was an entertainer who grew up and started work in the Swinton Bridge area. He is perhaps best known for his single Capstick Comes Home, which got the local dialect word "wazzock" added to the Oxford English Dictionary.
