Summary
editVictorian Railways "N" class 2-8-2 "Mikado" light lines locomotive No. 432
The "N" class was introduced in 1925 as a general purpose branch line locomotive. N432 was one of a further batch of N class locomotives built in 1950-51 as part of the postwar rebuilding of Victorian Railways, and is notable for being the last locomotive to be built by the Victorian Railways' Newport Workshops. It is seen here preserved at the ARHS North Williamstown Railway Museum.
