Summary

Description
English: Mill Yard and Main Gates. A view inside the Dean Clough complex which used to be the Crossley Carpet Mill. All the buildings in the photo belonged to the Crossley Mill. The main road to Keighley cuts through the Mill from left to right. In the picture centre are the main gates which access the mill yard from the main road. The building on the left was the mill's administration block with the Directors' Suite and dining rooms at the centre left of the picture. The buildings were linked with railway lines which had to cross the road beyond the main gate.
