Reason for the nomination:
Wrong Linguistic Map. Both East & West Champaran are Bhojpuri speaking regions. It includes several districts which are not Maithili speaking ex - Jamtara, Dumka, Deoghar, Godda, Jamui, Bhagalpur etc
