English: U.S. Navy sailors assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG-61) recover an inflated decoy from the forecastle during an initial test of the Mark 59 decoy launch system. Ramage was underway as part of surface week during Professional Training for Midshipmen.
