English: The Symmes Inn Museum is located in the Aylmer sector of Gatineau, Qc. It was built in 1831 by Charles Symmes, nephew of Philemon Wright, founder of the city of Hull. The museum holds a wide range of documents based on the region's history. Most archived documentation has been collected since 1987.
