Nederlands: Nachtkwartier te Molodetschno, 3-4 december 1812: episode uit de terugtocht van keizer Napoleon uit Rusland. Een nachtverblijf zoals gebruikt door de beide eerste luitenants W.P. d'Auzon de Boisminart en diens zwager A. de Groot Stiffry. Soldaten schuilen bij een provisorische beschutting van riet bij een kampvuur, rechts de paarden. Bij het vuur knielt een man met een varkenskop in zijn handen. Links lopen de Franse soldaten in lange rijen door de sneeuw.[1]
