English: National Cycleway? Although it doesn't seem to have found its way onto the internet yet, this newly laid out cycle way links River Lane, Saltney (from opposite the closed Co-operative store), along the Welsh bank of the River Dee/Afon Dyfrdwy, to the Saltney Ferry footbridge. Crossing the footbridge gives you access to a traffic free route to Chester or Queensferry, and links in to the national network of cycle paths. The dark line on the horizon is the footbridge. |
