English: This map indicates EU-27 member states that developed constitutional identity jurisprudence. It is based on a systemization proposed by Luke Dimitrios Spieker in an articile „Framing and managing constitutional identity conflicts: how to stabilize the modus vivendi between the Court of Justice and national constitutional courts”, Common Market Law Review 57: 361–398, 2020. The map covers three categories: constitutional identity rooted in legal text (in blue), constitutional identity rooted in extra-legal factors (in red) and mixed approach (in green)
