Op het ijs vooraan staat een wit ontspannen paard bij eene slede. Verder nog vier boeren, bezig zijnde om een vat met bier op eene slede te laden. In het verschiet zijn twee boeren, die op het ijs kolven, en nog verder de stads poort, voor welke eenige vaartuigen voor het havenhoofd liggen’.
