Summary

Description

One of 3 large hydroelectric facilities run by Seattle City Light along Skagit River.

It's in Newhalem, kind of a "company town" for Seattle City Light. In a deep gorge. Elevation still only around 640 ft. Eventually there is going to be climbing.
