English: "A colorized postcard of the Ohio State Savings Association building on the southwest corner of North 3rd Street and East Gay Street. The 12-story office building was finished the same year as the LeVequeTower. It's 3-story base is covered by litholite, a cast stone material. Its cornice is decorated with white glazed terra cotta and marble ornamentation. The building later became known as the Law and Finance building."
