English: Operation On-Target quadruple modular signal mirror. An example of the modular "quad mirror" used in the Boy Scout event, "Operation On-Target". This signal mirror has a retroreflective "red dot" aimer at the top corner. The plans for this device are in the chapter "Operation On-Target" of the Scouting handbook "Varsity Team Handbook, Vol. 2". The handbook can be downloaded for free from the Boy Scouts of America website at http://www.scouting.org/scoutsource/BoyScouts/Resources/VaristyProgram.aspx.
