Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Could not locate any other photographs of the site that are older. As the building no longer exists, I cannot take a photograph of it myself to upload it to Wikimedia Commons. This photograph itself may be in the public domain but I am uploading it as fair use to be safe.
