As my husband is deceased and I am his only beneficiary, it belongs to me, Murella at en.wikipedia.
I uploaded this for use on the article Marie Warder at request of Murella. She mentions the medal ceremony in her article and wished to place the image close to the remark, but was unable to prove that she had permission to do so. I uploaded in into Commons for this reason.
