English: Poubi Lai (Paubi Lai) is a dragon which lived in the underwater world of the Loktak lake in Meitei mythology and folklore of Ancient Manipur (Kangleipak). The present picture is a cropped one of the picture showing the Additional Secretary, Ministry of Culture, Shri K.K. Mittal addressing at the inauguration of the 'Poubi Lai-The Story of a Giant Python', Single object exhibition mounted by the Indira Gandhi Manav Sanghralaya (IGRMS), Bhopal in collaboration with National Museum, in New Delhi on July 21, 2015.
