English: New - and novel - GWR Hawksworth '9400' 0-6-0PT at Paddington.
After the War, Hawksworth introduced an enlarged version, the '9400' class, of the traditional 0-6-0 Pannier tank. With Bishops Bridge above, No. 9405 was only a month old (built 5/47, withdrawn 6/65) when backing out of Platform 3 after the empty train it had brought in had departed.
