Summary

Description
English: Panets de mort were a traditional recipe from the island of Menorca, as can be seen in old cookbooks and press releases. The recipe was recovered by the Menorcan Rosa Rotger, author of the gastronomic blog Tiberis, consulting ancient sources and turning to older people on the island. This is the result of the project, and Ms. Rotger has allowed the use of this image under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, in order to be included in the recently created article Pan de ánimas.
