The Paxico Rural High is a rectangle with a flat parapet roof, two-story brick in a running bond, stone accents, reinforced concrete, and a composition roof. The symmetrical façade can be divided into three bays. The central bay features a stepped-back, central double-door entrance with stone accented signboard and four large one-over-one windows on either side and at each level.
