According to the copyright information inside, this edition of the book was published in April 1998, for 'Wandsworth Community Health NHS Trust'. However, it also carries a copyright notice showing the year as 1997, and stating the copyright holder as 'Royal College Paediatrics & Child Health'.

I believe that as this photograph only includes the front cover of the book, which in turn only consists of a solid red background along with 4 words, all in the same typeface, it does not meet the threshold of originality required for copyright protection.
