Purpose of use

This image is used to support critical commentary in the article in which it appears. This image shows visually the aircraft type used in the military operations concerned, which aids reader understanding of those operations. This image, Poomalai_An-32.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (rueben_lys) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because it depicts visually, and for want of freely available images, the use of An-32 by the IAF in Operation Poomalai. The image do not come from a commercial source. There is no loss of revenue.
