English: Photo of Pricilla "Prisca" Kennedy Crabb (1 Dec 1864- 27 June 1931) as President of the Willard Home Committee affiliated with the Palmerston North chapter for the Women's Christian Temperance Union of New Zealand. For over a decade, Crabb served as the national Vice President of the Women's Christian Temperance Union of New Zealand (WCTU NZ) and acting President in 1920. She was one of the first women elected to the Palmerston North Hospital Board, and the first woman in Palmerston North to be appointed as Justice of the Peace in 1928.
