English: Primitive Baptist Church of Sweeten's Cove was established by Elisha Blevins and John Kelly around 1821 as Union Primitive Baptist Church. It adopted its current name in 1834, and built its current sanctuary in 1853. .It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.[
