Peregrina "Industrial Parks-Warehouse Zones." (Note: Fact check - the Pulilan and Bulacan LGUs cannot declare this Farm as protected agricultural heritage zone since a) R.A. 10066 Sec. 14, among other laws provide the specific procedure and b) this Farm is surrounded by "Industrial Parks-Warehouse Zones" buildings, and Pulong Kabyawan Farm cannot prevent the Municipal Assessor and BIR -Government from Tax Mapping change of Tax Declaration classification in order to save taxes ...). |
