This is not an 1896 OS map. Clive House, at the other side of Petty France was built in the early 1950s. Prior to that the site was three buildings. Also, the Niagara Hall ice-skating rink on the west of Queen Anne's Mansions has gone. It had a distinct, large, round plan shape; which is not on the map.
