RIB 251 Found in 1785, to the south of the Roman Upper Colonia wall and just to the west of the Newport Arch. Formerly in the Cathedral Cloisters and then the Lincoln City and County Museum, now the Collection. Translation: (Inscription). To the spirits of the departed:Flavius Helius a Greek by race, lived 40 years. Flavia Ingenua set this up for her husband.
