Deutsch: Herzog Georg Friedrich von Preußen erhob am 10. Oktober 1583 den um die Burg an der Inster angesiedelten Ort zur Stadt und gab ihm zum Insiegel „einen weißen Schilt, darinnen unnden ein grüner Berg, darauf ein schwarzer Behr auf allen vyeren stehndt unnd zu beyder seytten inwendig des Schilts die beyde Buchstaben G unnd F.“
