English: Rastrick Library. The Library and Park were paid for by J W Clay and William Smith, and opened in 1912. The library replaced a previous one in Ogden Lane. In front of the door is the War Memorial, and in front of that two posts with iron manacles between them at top and bottom - evidently a local version of the traditional stocks.
