Description
English: A phylogenetic tree showing the relationship between different families of turtles within the superfamily of Testudinoidea. The four primary families within the superfamily of Testudinoidea are Emydidae, Geoemydidae, Platysternidae, and Testudinae. The family of Emydidae is further subdivided into the families of Dierochelyinae and Emydinae. The family of Geoemydidae is further subdivided into Geoemydinae and Rhinoclemmydinae.
