Description
English: Looking up toward the Richard Masterson House, located along (U.S. Route 42) on the eastern edge of Carrollton, Kentucky, United States. Built in 1790, it is perhaps the oldest two-story brick building anywhere along the Ohio River below Pittsburgh. Used for early Methodist worship services and as Carroll County's first courthouse, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
