English: Roborough Down, above Horrabridge, Devon. An open area of heathland on the W side of Dartmoor. Vegetation was mainly bracken, gorse, and scattered broadleaved trees. There were also some large areas of open grassland. The area was used for a two day orienteering event when the picture was taken. View looking NE, with the higher land of the main area of Dartmoor visible in the background.
