Summary

Description
English: Ruth Myrtle Allen (born Austin) during a transatlantic journey aboard "Normandie". The original image is a collage of various photographs; I have manipulated it (perhaps clumsily) in Photoshop to remove an irrelevant background person and expose the protagonist, not sure whether perhaps I should claim it as my own work :-)
