Description
English: 'Alaska' was built in 1883 at Bourne End by W. and J.S. Horsham and Co. and bought by Salter Bros for their Oxford to Kingston service which she ran till World War II. Rediscovered in 1974 she was restored to her former glory by 1987 and now runs with her original engine on the Thames.
